Real punks, if they get told they might have made an accidentally transphobic comment, don't double down on the comment - they double up their solidarity toward trans folks and make amends.

It's punk to listen to and learn about other marginalised communities around you. There's nothing punk about transphobia.

Real punks punch up, not down.
