I respect that restaurant is one of the hardest businesses to keep surviving but nearly every other country does it without tips so you can't really say it's "necessary" to not just pay your employees a fucking wage, and it's insane that at a national level the government just said "yup you don't have to pay your workers in a restaurant like you pay everybody else in every other job"

@sun it's just absurd that one meal at an okay restaurant here costs 100 EUR per person, and then they want tips :shrug_yui:
