@lain boss there is a conflicting emoji behavior between composer box text and CW text: 
- emoji shortcuts inside the box get resolved and replaced with the actual emoji picture
- in the CW line emoji remain the colon-code. posted they get resolved correctly and become the emoji.

@lain and when someone answers the unresolved emoji appears in the notification. but i don't know whether that is "expected"

@kaia it's an issue in igwigg.space, they didn't send out the emoji
