I got the relatively cheap QCY H3S based on fedi recommendation (thank you!) and they seem good so far. sound is pretty solid, quite bassy. they connect to any device I tried. call quality seems also okay, but naturally in headset mode Bluetooth switches to that 1960s telephone level quality. the smallest headset setting fits me okay, so I presume it'll fit guys better
