ctrl+tab just has to open every single browser tab and so wake up the sleeping/hibernating tabs (both firefox and chrome)

the only browser that doesn't do this (that ivy's used anyway) is vivaldi, which has an option to cycle through a list of tabs in a pop-up instead of opening every single one as you go; it'll only open the selected tab once you let go of the Control key
