look i know it doesn't matter especially on a social network where posts are sorted by most recent... always... but i feel like im going insane i sent a shitpost, checked it a night later and saw it have like 116-ish reactions and an equal number of boosts and then i check it a night later and 100 of those reactions have disappeared.
"it doesnt fucking matter" I KNOW THAT. I SAID THAT but i feel like im going CRAZY when I see 100 interactions disappear from this existence.

okay so I've been trying to install nura to my laptop (all roads lead to it for me it seems) but apparently pmbootstrap really wants to install the mobile shell version of GNOME extensions instead of just the normal one. I think?
I want it to install `postmarketos-ui-gnome, so APK selects all the packages that metapackage is for, but then it seems to want to install all the -mobile` versions of those packages and then it'll just :marksuddendeath: itself. open to suggestions on what to try

we hacking cars now just to get diagnostic data :firemc:
im trying to figure out how to obtain (or possibly, build) a bypass adapter for my mom's van so I have the ability to control the engine in more ways than what even Chrysler's techs can :DAMN:
then I'm gonna put it all together and show my dad how to use it so he can work on my mom's car without having to blow an artery whenever he has to talk to the onboard computer in mom's car.

Okay so mom got the new Samsung Galaxy phone and we were messing with the privacy screen feature and it's so good. What is a normal notification to my mom was for me (who was slightly to the left of the display) a black spot on the screen. Incredible tech.
However I also learned that the Samsung browser doesn't have an export button for bookmarks. Amazing hardware, awful software as usual with Samsung :marksuddendeath:

genuinely nothing more tiring than setting up your parents phone cuz like the first 20 minutes is getting the usual stuff transferred and then the next week is gonna be "where's my app for xyz" "what the hell is [setting]" "what the fuck is a Bixby and why is my phone talking to me"
