I do not want more Star Trek given that in the current state people will commit the same mistakes because this is a different era for television. Even if they joke about "underproducing" a show, most modern series are elaborate accounting schemes to drain all the money possible.

BUT... if I had to pitch a new Star Trek series (from a profitable standpoint) , I have a couple of ideas:
1. Small science vessel exploring the Gamma Quadrant after the Dominion, there were just a handful of episodes where Starfleet explored the gamma quadrant, I want to see the fallout of the Dominion, maybe now more worlds are in rebellion after the news of the Dominion defeat. It can satisfy those who want a little bit of action, even a season-long arc but something more moderate than whatever Discovery was doing.
2. Anime Star Trek: Hear me out, give Star Trek to a competent Anime studio and let it rip. You can do so much in animation without the constraints of sets and actors, you tapped into what's hot right now and set the precedent that Star Trek can work in any media.
