OK, hear me out, Freddy's powers have been diminishing because teenagers have a shitty sleep schedule so he tricks a teenager to record tiktok videos to make sleeping more trendy. One of the kills has to do with ASMR and another kill happens during a livestream.

I should call it "Nightmare on Elm Street: Freddy's Back"

I also like the meta idea of RLM where Freddy haunts and kills the children of the producers, writers and executives who made the previous movies.
