Did you know that BMI was made by a mathematician, astronomer, statistician and sociologist (see: not a physician), and exclusively included white European men in his metric? He never meant it to be a medical tool either. This is what people mean when they say BMI is inaccurate, sexist and racist, because it is.

There’s this psychiatrist called Dr Josef that makes his entire brand about “tapering” people off psychiatric drugs, and actively spreads harmful misinformation about psychiatric drugs especially SSRIs. I don’t even know how he’s still a doctor with how much bullshit he talks.
