Often it’s difficult to prove intention behind war crimes, genocide, and crimes against humanity. 

Trump’s out there advertising and boasting. 

It’s no surprise he’s trying to discredit and disrupt the international institutions that will hold him and his conspirators and enablers accountable. Hegseth, Vance, and everyone executing criminal orders would do well to remember that investigations and trials will run long after Trump’s dead. It’s not like we’ve forgotten about Iranian schoolgirls or fishermen in boats. 

The Hague doesn't have a statute of limitations, and millions and millions of people have very long memories.
