The funny thing is that the only originally lesbian girl (because I forced it) in this building was Sera. Literally all the girls in the dorm turned lesbian. I know because their sexual preference for girls is positive but still less that 100 while Sera's is 627, and I think if you force it the game gives them a base 100. So yeah, Sera turned the entire dorm lesbian.
