considering whether to take foreign visitors who come to southeast asia outside of singapore (malaysia/indonesia/etc.) considering they might fall ill because of the different environment/food/etc. ._.

@cell it's a smaller risk than you'd think, I got food poisoning once when abroad and that was france
in this case they have you as the local helping avoid obvious blunders like tap water, too

I'd decide depending on how squeamish the person in question is, personally I want to visit all three
