Like I said, there's software for this, it supports everything you'd want to do, it supports ads and every kind of blocks, special blocks, weekend blocks, etc. that a normal TV channel would have. And it's easily hostable on a throwaway laptop from home

I dont see how you are going to stream HD video to multiple people at once on a home Internet connection
