It's funny to think that browsers used to allow websites to just spawn as many popups as they wanted - like, until the browser actually crashed. And it was basically LastMeasure that made them end that.

@cjd @fknretardlol @B4D_G4TEW4Y @BattleDwarfGimli @CobaltSasquatch @Dagnar @PodunkPotato @matty one time I was trying to steal images from an image gallery website by hand-adjusting the url, and it opened a page that locked the entire browser by giving me a list of hundreds of alert dialogs telling me I was an asshole and promising to give me back control after the next alert, then saying it lied and giving me more alerts. I have to admit I was impressed.
