I get it, though. My brain tells me the same thing about myself, even though my friends insist otherwise. Something that kind of helps me is to think of it this way:

If one of your friends or loved ones did whatever you've done that makes you think that about yourself, how would you feel? What would you say to them? I'm guessing you wouldn't think they're horrible at all. I bet you'd be compassionate and understanding towards them. 

Sometimes our brains are way harder on ourselves than they are of others. Brains are reeeally good at lying to us to be mean to ourselves (especially if/when mental health stuff is in the mix.) 

It sucks so much, and I'm very sorry you're feeling this way! Please try as best you can to be kind, compassionate, and understanding to our awesome friend cheeseburgerally! 🫂 ​:ablobcatheartsqueeze:​
