"The Russian Ministry of Defense has responded to a statement by V. Zelenskyy, who said that in response to strikes on Ukrainian military-industrial complex facilities in Kyiv, the Ukrainian Armed Forces, the Kyiv regime will intensify strikes on Russian oil refineries.

In response to these threats, the Russian Ministry of Defense reminds that it is carrying out massive strikes on Kyiv and other Ukrainian regions precisely in response to the actions of the head of the Kyiv regime.
