who does he think he is kidding? ukraine has been deliberately targeting civilians the entire war, in a failed attempt to turn russians against putin.

do people hear zelinsky's words and not remember the teacher's college full of teenagers that got blown up with multiple waves of drone strikes? the buses blown up carrying only civilians? the bridge that got blown up while a train was travelling over it carrying only civilians? the nursing home massacres when ukraine invaded russia in the direction of belgorod? the scores of apartment buildings that had drones flown straight into them?
