Hacky #Python script to create a shortcut (.lnk file) under #Windows without any extra dependencies. This uses ctypes and ole32.dll. An alternative is to write out a #VBScript that does the same and run it with cscript, but that is deprecated and will be removed from Windows! Any feedback is welcome. I have only tested it with #wine in a #Blender add-on, I don't have actual Windows.
