@anemone @augustus I just heard somewhere relatively recently that her family didn't call themselves jewish or follow the religion or practices in any way and she picked all that up personally as a promotion tactic, but maybe that's not true. but I believe it.

@anemone @augustus I dug further and the totality of her connection was her father telling her she had a jewish great grandfather, they didn't follow the religion or practices in any way and her relative was dead before she was born. But yeah ethnically I am wrong and it could explain why she looks Jewish which is the point of the conversation so I'm wrong in that sense while I think I'm right that functionally she adopted literally everything herself tactically
