I am seeking advice for entities that have very sensitive penis but want to do penetrative sex.

What worked so far for us& was being very slow, combined with edging (to increase the sensation threshold). However, I would also want to be a bit more rough, and have less anxiety about coming too fast.

My idea was to use some thicker condoms. Any advice which products are recommended? (Should be vegan!) I am also interested in experiences from others with the same issue.
