I, uh, still memorize almost everyone's phone numbers (& birthdays!). It's part of my 'tism. Remember party lines?? "Only answer the double-ring, not one. That's the neighbor's..." lol 😆

I heard about the neighbor dying by being under a car jacked up inappropriately through the party line. 😭

That's a bad way to go. It almost happened to me once pulling the transmission out of my truck, but the God of Shade Tree Mechanics spared me. My friend was paying enough attention to render aid.
