okay so here's the current meta:
send 1 (or 2) bears in front of his barracks
take over his barracks with engi
use another engi to capture his main thing
build another two engis with his barracks to take over collection station and juiceworks

i tried with the boomers before, but destroying was slower than just cheesing like this
