As 1password is the main character for giving a ton of money to the racist Linux guy, remember to treat the customer support people with grace and courtesy.

I can guarantee that most of the support people either have no idea what's going on or they heartily disagree with their org's recent decisions, but have to pay the bills.

Be direct, of course, but don't ruin a support rep's day over something their boss's boss's boss did.
