Cat is mad that I interrupted her bird stalking.
She got very lucky, a pigeon cluelessly walked past as she hid on the other side of a low wall, there was a very real chance she could have gotten that one.

Not wanting to see the poor bird go down, for something my cat would almost certainly try to bring back inside which would make a terrible mess, and if she ate it she might get sick so I'd just have to dispose of it.

It's just a waste of a perfectly good pigeon. Not to mention, I don't want it to die anyway, I'll feel bad.

Anyway, cat is sulking.
