Hi. OW and i'm sorry.
Few ideas:
Ice Cream; Ice Lollies / suck an ice cube.
If you eat it, something honey based.
Gargle with Glycerine of Thymol.
Rosehip syrup.
Nuclear option, use an antiseptic gargle DON'T SWALLOW IT.
Check if your tonsils are inflamed, most common cause.
Are you experiencing indigestion / acid reflux?
Do you have breathing problems at all like hay felver or worse?
