West Indian Whistling-Duck
A distinctive large waterbird between the size of a large duck and a goose. Nocturnal; roosts during day in mangroves, wooded ponds and marshes and feeds primarily at night. Generally scarce and typically somewhat secretive, particularly where hunting of this species is allowed. Call is loud shrill whistle: “pip-pip-pip-weeeeeaaaa” usually given when agitated or in flight. Similar Fulvous Whistling-Duck is brighter with streaked, not spotted, flanks.

we didn't need hard proof of identity to take your money for 30 years. we didn't need your identity to use the healthcare website. we didn't need your identity to give you the old form the first time. we just need it to get you the form now, for some reason.

He said, but it's my ssn. they said, it's already being used. he said, then give me the money in the account since it's my ssn. they said it's not you. he said check their ssn. they said they can't for "privacy".

I will guarantee that even if you centralize information the US goverment would 100% fuck it up and employ bureaucratic procedures to even look up table entires.
